1. Remove Oil Before Transport
Always empty the diffuser of all oil before moving or transporting the unit. Failure to do so may result in permanent damage.
2. Use Only Approved Oils
Operate the diffuser with oils specifically intended for diffuser use. Do not use flammable, corrosive, or chemical-based substances.
3. Keep Away from Water
Do not immerse the diffuser, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid to avoid risk of electric shock or damage.
3. Unplug When Not in Use
Always disconnect the diffuser from the power source when not in operation, before cleaning, or when adding oil.
4. Operate on a Stable Surface
Place the diffuser on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface during use. Do not operate near the edge of counters or shelves.
4. Do Not Modify
Do not attempt to repair, alter, or modify the diffuser in any way. Contact the manufacturer for service or replacement.
5. Proper Ventilation
Operate the diffuser in a well-ventilated area. Avoid use in small, enclosed spaces without airflow.
6. Keep diffuser in an upright position.
7. Immediately wipe any spilled oil with isopropyl alcohol to avoid damage.
8. Clean unit every 2/3 months with alcohol.
