Place your machine on a stable surface (floor, table, shelf) or mount it securely on a wall.
Keep the unit upright to prevent oil leakage.
Ensure good airflow around the machine.
For best scent coverage, position it midway between the front and back of the room.
- Unlock the machine using the included key.
- Slide out the bottle and diffuser assembly.
- Unscrew the diffuser head.
- Fill the bottle with AromaAir fragrance oil.
- Reattach the diffuser head and reinstall the bottle.
The machine can run on three D batteries or the included power adapter.
To connect:
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or tablet.
Open the AromaAir app.
Select your device name or unit ID.
Enter the default password: 8888
We recommend setting the machine to start 15–30 minutes before opening.
Set your start and stop times.
Select the days you want the schedule to run (Green = active).
Tap the “+” icon to create additional schedules (up to 5 total).
Always press Save or Apply after making changes.
Start at Level 1 or 2 and let the machine run for 15 minutes before increasing intensity.
You can also adjust:
Work Time
How many seconds the machine actively diffuses.
Stop Time
How many seconds the machine pauses before diffusing again.
Example:
Work: 15 seconds
Stop: 60 seconds
Longer Work Times + Shorter Stop Times = Stronger scent
Shorter Work Times + Longer Stop Times = Lighter scent and longer oil life
Always press Save after adjusting settings.
Yes. Tap the device name in the app, edit it, and save.
- Oil typically lasts 3–4 months, depending on usage.
- Clean every 3 months by running 99% isopropyl alcohol through the unit for 15 minutes.
Recommended runtime is up to 8 hours per day.
Unplug the diffuser (or remove batteries), wait a few seconds, and reconnect power to reset the Bluetooth connection.
